The 20 Best Skin Tints With SPF For Beautiful Skin

If you’re looking to achieve a healthy natural glow, without a full face of makeup, then skin tints are the way to go. Skin tints are a super sheer alternative to the more traditional type of foundation. They combine the hydrating benefits of a moisturizer and the light coverage of a foundation. And if you pick a product with SPF, you’ll also add proper skin protection. This makes skin tints with SPF the multitasking hero of any beauty routine.

Although essential at any time of the year, this is especially true during the summer season. These lightweight formulas create a natural finish and are easy to apply. They are also less likely to clog pores and they have the added benefits of SPF. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends using SPF 30 or higher, Lower numbers like SPF 20 are inadequate.

Skin tints with SPF have multiple finishes to suit varying skin types, and a large shade range to match all skin tones. They are also the main product used to achieve the ‘Clean Girl’ aesthetic. The minimal makeup trend consists of natural-looking, dewy skin, fluffy brows, flushed cheeks, and lightly tinted lips.

Because bb cream and tinted moisturizers have become so popular, just about every makeup and skincare brand on the market now has one. But of course, not all of these products are created equal. So to help make your search for the perfect skin tint a little easier, I’ve rounded up a list of highly-rated products for you.

Clean Girl aesthetic

Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer

This list wouldn’t be complete without the iconic Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Natural Skin Perfector SPF 30. This beloved beauty product strikes the perfect balance between foundation and skin tint. At the same time that it covers imperfections, skin is still able to shine through, revealing the best possible version of your face. In addition, this sheer, long-wearing formula comes in 20 shades and won’t budge on even the most humid of days.

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Tinted Sunscreen SPF 50

La Roche-Posay Anthelios Tinted Sunscreen

With an SPF rating of 50, the mineral sunscreens in the La Roche-Posay Anthelios Tinted Sunscreen offer broad-spectrum protection. What’s more, it evens out skin tone, absorbs quickly, and wears well under makeup. It’s also a great option for people with sensitive skin.

Drunk Elephant Umbra Tinte Physical Daily Defense SPF 30

Drunk Elephant Umbra Tinte Physical Daily Defense

Drunk Elephant is a skincare line, first and foremost. So, it absolutely makes sense that they pack this skin tint with antioxidant-rich ingredients like grape juice, raspberry seed oil, and astaxanthin. On top of providing powerful broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection, it also aids in the prevention of free-radical and oxidative damage. At the same time, it also helps address skin care concerns like fine lines and wrinkles, dullness, and uneven skin texture. The formula blends in well, even into deeper skin tones, leaving skin with a radiant finish.

E.L.F. Cosmetics Camo CC Cream SPF 30

E.L.F. Cosmetics Camo CC Cream

The Camo CC Cream is another low-cost choice. The formula is medium-to-full coverage and color correcting to help you achieve a flawless look. Tarte BB Tinted Treatment 12-Hour Primer SPF 30 Sunscreen

Tarte BB Tinted Treatment Primer | Best Skin Tints With SPF

Tarte’s BB Tinted Treatment 12-Hour Primer SPF 30 Sunscreen may be a hidden gem. You can wear this tint alone, or like a primer underneath your foundation. Their proprietary Triple-B complex helps to diffuse light and minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and pores. While lipoamino acids hydrate and improve the appearance of skin luminosity.

Lancôme Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint

Lancôme Skin Feels Good Hydrating Skin Tint | Best Skin Tints With SPF

You won’t even feel like you’re wearing makeup with this ultra-lightweight skin tint. The oil-free formula evens out skin tone while still allowing your own natural skin to shine through. This makeup artist favorite uses hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture and plum skin. SPF 23 provides a small amount of sun protection, so you may want to layer up with another sunscreen.

Clinique Even Better Clinical Serum Foundation SPF 25

Clinique Even Better Clinical Serum Foundation | Best Skin Tints With SPF

The Clinique Even Better Clinical serum foundation is one of the best products on this list for people prone to breakouts. This oil-free formula includes hyaluronic acid, salicylic acid, and vitamin C, to visibly re-texturize, plum, and restore skin radiance. Biossance Squalane + Zinc Sheer Mineral Sunscreen

The Biossance Squalane + Zinc Sheer Mineral Sunscreen uses squalane to provide intense hydration for people with dry skin. This super sheer, lightweight mineral sunscreen provides invisible, broad-spectrum coverage and high UVA protection. The only downside is that it might leave a white cast on darker skin tones.

Smashbox Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 25

Smashbox Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer

The Halo Healthy Glow Tinted Moisturizer is one of the best options for those with oily skin on this list. It provides lightweight, natural-looking, dewy coverage while keeping skin hydrated for up to 24 hours. The most important $27 I ever spent taught me why I overspend.

You buy something you didn’t really need. You feel amazing for about an hour. Then the good feeling quietly turns into guilt… and the little speech starts: why did I do that?

This week’s episode of the Purfect Sunday Podcast is about the emotional side of money — not budgeting or spreadsheets, the feelings underneath what and why we buy. 💛

Here’s what I learned the hard way:
→ Most spending was never about the thing. It’s about a feeling we’re trying to change — stress, sadness, boredom, loneliness, feeling invisible.

→ Breaking the cycle isn’t about white-knuckling your way through life never buying anything nice. It’s naming the emotion driving the need to shop, and putting time between the urge and the buy.

This week’s challenge: next time you feel the urge to buy something you weren’t planning on, pause before you check out and ask one question — what am I feeling right now?

  • Your life can look completely different 6 months from now if you get strict with yourself and lock-in 🔒
  • We officially have 6 months left in 2026 — and no, you are not behind.

Six months is enough time to lock in. To become the girl who drinks the water, reads the books, moves her body, takes care of her hair, skin and nails, and actually dresses like she’s the main character. Six months is enough time to glow up in any area of your life you’ve been putting off.

And here’s your reminder: money spent on your health, learning, and feeling your best — is never wasted. That’s not splurging. That’s investing in the woman you’re becoming.
Half the year is still yours. Let’s not waste it. 🤍
