We’re talking about outgrowing friendships, the four categories every friend lives in, the real red flags that mean it’s time to leave, and how to end a friendship without a dramatic, confrontational scene.

This isn’t about cutting people off or making anyone the villain. It’s about giving you a much more peaceful way to hold the friendships in your life — and a much clearer way to tell which ones are worth fighting for, which ones to gently let resize themselves, and which ones it might genuinely be time to release.
