Obsessed with these gluten free, vegan thumbprint cookies 🤍 Inspired by @ariellelorre Ingredients 2 cups flour. ( I used King Arthur GF measure for measure flour) 3/4 cup butter. (I used earth balance) 3/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp milk of choice 1 tea vanilla extract Pinch of salt Powder sugar for dusting Jam of preference (I used raspberry) Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees Using a hand mixer, combine butter and sugar a mix well. Then add in the wet ingredients and mix again. Add the flour and salt and mix again. Place balls of dough on a lined baking sheet and gently press down to slightly flatten. Then press thumbprint into the middle of the cookie. Bake for about 10 minutes, check oven to make sure they are not browning too much. Remove cookies and allow them to cool before adding jam and dusting with powder sugar. #glutenfreebaking #gfvegan #veganbaking #motherandson #healthierchoices #selfcareroutine
